Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: July 2, 2026

TGM Anchor Point is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We actively work to meet recognized accessibility standards and welcome feedback that helps us improve.

1. Our Commitment

We believe that everyone deserves equal access to information about our community — whether you are a prospective resident, a current resident, or a member of the public. We are committed to providing a website experience that is accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We regularly review and update our site to address accessibility issues and incorporate improvements as technology and standards evolve.

2. Standards We Follow

Our website is built and maintained with the goal of conforming to the following standards and guidelines:

WCAG 2.2 Level AA ADA Title III Section 508 Fair Housing Act

WCAG 2.2 AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, published October 2023) is the current internationally recognized standard for web accessibility. It is organized around four principles: content must be Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR).

ADA Title III requires places of public accommodation — including apartment communities and their websites — to provide equal access to individuals with disabilities. We take this obligation seriously.

The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in housing on the basis of disability. This includes ensuring that information about our community, available units, and leasing processes is accessible to all prospective and current residents.

3. Accessibility Features of This Site

Semantic HTML Structure

Pages use proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and semantic HTML elements so screen readers can navigate content logically.

Keyboard Navigation

All interactive elements including navigation menus, forms, and buttons are reachable and operable using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse.

Alternative Text for Images

Meaningful images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them appropriately.

Color Contrast

Text and interactive elements are designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratios — a minimum of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text.

Focus Indicators

Keyboard focus is visually indicated on all interactive elements so users navigating by keyboard always know where they are on the page.

Form Accessibility

All forms — including our contact form, tour scheduling, and leasing inquiry forms — include properly labeled fields and error identification.

Resizable Text

Text can be resized up to 200% using browser settings without loss of content or functionality.

Link Clarity

Links are written to make sense out of context. We avoid generic link text like "click here" or "read more" in favor of descriptive text.

4. Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance, we acknowledge the following known limitations that are currently in the process of being addressed:

  • Some third-party embedded content — including our online leasing application and resident portal powered by MRI Software — is provided by an external vendor. We have requested accessibility improvements from our vendor and will update this statement as progress is made.
  • Some older photo gallery content may contain images with incomplete or missing alt text. We are conducting an audit and updating these on a rolling basis.
  • Virtual tour content is provided by a third-party platform. We are evaluating accessible alternatives and keyboard-navigable options for users who cannot use the current interactive viewer.

If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please let us know using the contact information in Section 6.

5. Assistive Technology Compatibility

Our website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and browsers:

  • Screen readers: JAWS, NVDA (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android)
  • Browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge
  • Zoom and magnification: Browser zoom up to 200%, Windows Magnifier, macOS Zoom
  • Voice control: Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Voice Control (macOS/iOS)
  • Switch access and keyboard-only navigation

If you experience difficulty using our site with your specific assistive technology, please contact us so we can work toward a solution.

6. Feedback and Accessibility Requests

If we are unable to resolve your accessibility concern directly, you may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice's ADA Information Line at 1-800-514-0301 (voice) or 1-800-514-0383 (TTY), or with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regarding Fair Housing Act accessibility concerns.

7. Physical Accessibility and Reasonable Accommodations

In addition to our website, TGM Anchor Point is committed to providing equal access to our physical community and leasing processes in compliance with the Fair Housing Act and ADA.

If you require a reasonable accommodation or reasonable modification to our property, application process, or lease terms due to a disability, please contact our leasing office. We will engage in an interactive process to evaluate and respond to your request.
