Credit and Background Screening

Rental applications are processed through a third-party screening provider. Applicants will be notified of the screening service used and their rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Analytics and Advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use our Site. We also use a Facebook Pixel for advertising measurement purposes.
