This Site is operated by TGM Anchor Point, a residential apartment community located at 150 Southfield Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902. The Site is provided for informational and leasing purposes, including providing information about our community, enabling prospective residents to browse floor plans and amenities, scheduling tours, and giving current residents access to our leasing and resident portals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or submit any form, inquiry, or application through it. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, federal, or international law

You may view and print a reasonable number of pages from this Site for your own personal, non-commercial use in evaluating TGM Anchor Point as a place to live. No other reproduction, distribution, or use of Site content is permitted without our prior written consent.

The TGM Anchor Point name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of TGM Associates and may not be used without express written permission.

5. Leasing Applications and Resident Portal

This Site provides access to third-party tools including our online leasing application system and resident login portal, both powered by MRI Software. Your use of these tools is subject to MRI Software's own terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms of Use.

Information you submit through a leasing application is used to evaluate your eligibility for tenancy and is governed by our Privacy Policy. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or the availability of any specific apartment.

Access to the resident portal is limited to current residents with valid credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites including the TGM Communities portfolio site, TGM Anchor Point Marina, and other affiliated or partner properties. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and policies.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property or unauthorized use of the Site.
